Shipping policy

1. Where We Ship We ship to Slovenia and selected EU countries, including Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Spain, and Sweden.
2. Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
- Standardna (Standard) — Domestic Slovenia: estimated 2–4 business days
- Hitra (Express) — Domestic Slovenia: estimated 1–2 business days
- International — EU countries: estimated 5–10 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.
4. Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.
5. Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.
6. Customs & Duties All orders ship from Slovenia within the EU. For customers in other EU member states, no customs duties apply. If you are ordering from outside the EU, you may be subject to import duties and taxes — these are the responsibility of the customer.
7. Lost or Delayed Shipments If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at maj.kkurbasic@gmail.com and we will investigate with the carrier.
8. Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. KT Buds is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
